Nope.  Only recordings that you overwrote with other files need the 
updates that aren't done by 0.24-fixes' mythcommflag --rebuild.  
Recordings or transcoded recordings will be fine.  Most probably 
wouldn't notice any issues even if they don't rebuild, again, after 
upgrading to 0.25--unless they use UPnP to play back the recording.
