TIVO implement the DRM restrictions (just like Windows
Media Center) and can access protected content.

MythTV does not implement the restrictions, and so is
unable to access protected content (which, in the TWC
world, is mostly everything other than locals, and public
access channels (and probably shopping)).  Each franchise
may vary.  However, since DRM restrictions are (claimed
to be) TW corporate policy, it is unlikely that you are going
to be an exception to the general experience.  Sorry.
