Thanks Mike,

I had seen that other post but there was no answer as to whether it was 
a bug or a settings issue. Apparently there is no setting for this 
scaling issue. I will continue to try to get the OpenGL working with my 
card and driver but the little information that google has found would 
seem to indicate no.
