minor progress on this.  If I use /dev/video1 and s-video I get a
picture,but no sound.  Am using the 3.5 jack and verified it works with
other devices, but it does not work when recording with myth.  If I cat
/dev/video1 > /tmp/test.mpg the recording is created, but does not have any
sound.  I have looked high and low for a solution and post #99 does not
help any on this.  Anyone have experience with this problem or a hint on
what I should be looking into?
