I believe I discovered the problem-the STB cannot change to 4 digit 
channels. Tested the remote that came with it, and it will only do 3 
digits too, treating the 4th digit as a new request.

Was able to get the script to run, although it complained about  line 
49. Interestingly, when entering channel 2001, the 1 shows up first , 
then it changes to channel 200.

Looks like I won't get it to work in my setup, but thought you might 
want to know that info.
