[mythtv-users] DVD Playback issues and reporting them?

I quite frequently run across DVDs that have issues (menu glitches,
won't play, randomly drops back to menu).  What is the best way to
handle reporting these (if any)?  Should we report issues here and if
it's confirmed file a bug report or is DVD playback just in a
continual state of development and things will work themselves out?

Last night we were watching Hoodwinked and wanted to rewind to watch a
scene again.  After the rewind it dropped to the menu.  I could repeat
this with the same result every time.  This morning I captured a
playback log (the last few lines are below but I have the whole
thing).  Should I do anything with things like this?
