[mythtv-users] Who has and does not have the 'playback of transcoded 5.1 very slow' problem?

Anybody?

I did some digging tonight and discovered that this issue may be related
to the CPU in the machine. My main mythtv box is an AMD Phenom. My
laptop transcodes fine with a Core 2 Duo. I verified that there are no
other differences by running the mythtranscode exe from my main box over
NFS as well as using the libraries from the main box (setting
LD_LIBRARY_PATH)

Again, anybody else with this issue please speak up!
