Not everything is HD. And 589,000 is still a lot more than 384,000. 720p is
only 921,000 so you're not losing that much detail. I can't imagine anyone
is likely to buy an iPad purely as a frontend but if you're getting one
anyway why not use it to view video when a TV is not convenient?
