[mythtv-users] ComCast scte65 Version change

Just an FYI,

  ComCast in Champaign is on version 21 of the scte65 tables (up from 15 just last week)

Also, some of the freqs are broken for scanning while some of the channels that scanned ok last week
now show some errors:

Like:

While some freqs now cause scte65scan to just hang like 543MHz. I've had to comment them out
of the entire freq list (maybe I'll test them again at some point.)
