I see none of the above issues (well, can't speak for the double digit
tuner thing) on my system - perhaps it would be useful to note your
screen resolution and theme painter? It's fine for me at 1920x1080
using OpenGL.

I do, however, have an issue - when creating a Power Recording Rule
(or whatever the proper term is) the text is offset by about 200px to
the left, whilst the cursor is offset about the same amount to the
right, of the actual box it appears in. This makes such rules nearly
impossible to create and edit.
