[mythtv-users] UK Only - Add the following extra HD Channels

If you're in the UK you can now add the following HD Channels to your line-up.

Granada HD - 7851
STV HD - 7855

While they mostly transmit the same as ITV HD they do have regional
differences and the EIT data is a LOT better on both of them (for
example Granada includes whether the program is native HD or upscaled
SD).

The channel numbers are as above and they are on Astra 2D 10936 v,
they are both currently in the clear although this may change. They
are also both transmitting at a higher resolution then ITV1 (London)
HD.
