[mythtv-users] Can anyone tell me why Ticket 6382 has been closed?

It is not changing user behaviour to some degree (as I read the
existing instructions and have never knowingly posted a feature
request) it is posting some kind of guidelines so people know what is
classed as a feature request and what is a bug.  From what I can see
this is impossible as only the developers know if it is working as it
should do.
