Without indication whether you're in a built up area with lots of
networks or in the sticks with no other interference other's can't
judge the value of your experience.

I can tell you from personal experience that my place in the country
(no other networks) gets twice the throughput of my place in town
using identical kit, it's all down to the other networks in town
throwing up huge interference.
