Since it runs at the kernel input layer and not at the X session
layer, this functionality is already built into Remotux. I have
already tested the ability to switch virtual terminals, though I've
haven't tested killing the current X session.

As a side note, I've also decided to delay releasing both Remotux and
the rinputd server so I can build in support for OS X. I already have
most of the keyboard and mouse input functionality (though it was
significantly harder to do than in Linux), but I'll need to port the
authentication and certificate handling to keychain services. I expect
this will extend my timeline up to another month, but it will make
everything more robust. I've already found a deficiency in the
protocol, and I'm going to try to incorporate unicode support.

Thanks
