Perhaps a small "confidence" script which can be run at a quiet time each night?

I don't know that it would need to do much apart from produce a file a Mk 1 
eyeball could check each morning, unless there's a straightforward way (does not 
use the word "simple") to quickly cross-check channels against the database and 
flag differences. Or is this something that scte64scan can do?
