Can anyone assist? Can anyone confirm/deny that firewire_tester, mythprime, and 6200ch are no longer needed with Fedora 10? Can anyone record from DCT641 via firewire using any distro? Thanks.
Details of plugreport, plugctl, and test-mpeg2:
* plugreport returns the following in root (null report returned when run as mythtv):

*1394 modules aren't loaded and I do not have /dev/raw1394 so I assume the old stack is not there. firewire* modules are loaded so I assume the new stack is there:
[root at localhost ~]# lsmod | grep 1394
[root at localhost ~]# ll /dev | grep 1394
[root at localhost ~]# lsmod | grep fire
firewire_ohci 22532 0
firewire_core 35616 1 firewire_ohci
crc_itu_t 5760 1 firewire_core
Suggestions? Thanks.
