[mythtv-users] frontend error messages prebuffer wait timed out

Thanks for this. I have had a look and I am not sure if it applies here...

I have a 100mbit switched connection between front and back ends but will be
changing to gigabit shortly just in case...

my frontend is a 2.6Ghz AMD dual core and it tends to run at 40% when
viewing live TV

When the problem starts, my logs fill with the following

until the hard drive is full (which is in no time at all as I am booting
from a USB stick)

I am going to buy another usb stick today and start again with a fresh
install.
