That's because you have both the "testing" repository (using nvidia
190.x drivers) and the "release" repository active using drivers
180.60...

If you want to use stable code , don't use  the testing repository as
nvidia drivers 185.x and 190.x aren't that great unfortunately...

In any case, there have been no changes on the code except this:

I doubt it's related to mythtv, really the code hasn't changed much in months.
