I'm using MythTV to Digitize home VHS tapes. Essentially, I've tricked
MythTV into recording the VHS signal by setting it up as an input.
This works well enough for my purposes, but VHSes over an hour in
length are stored in hour long segments.

I can splice the the segments together easily enough with a video
editor, but it would be nice if some change in the MythtTV settings
would eliminate storing of the VHSes in hour long segments. Any
thoughts?
