[mythtv-users] Migration/Upgrade Advice Needed (MythTV 0.20.2 + Fedora Core 6 to MythBuntu 9.04)

Is migrating in-place (no hardware changes except replacing the O/S
disk) as "simple" as this:
1) install MythBuntu 9.04 on the new disk
2) follow the directions in
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-23.html#ss23.5 (with the
instructions in paragraph 23.6 inserted in the middle) to get the
mysql database dumped on the old system, transfer it to the new
system, and use it to replace the database created by the MythBuntu
install
3) run mythtv-setup to convert the 0.20.2 database version to the 0.21
compatible version
4) adjust configuration to account for new options (in 0.21 vs. in
0.20.2) and obsolete settings
