On the Watch Recordings screen, select a recording and hit INFO (I) (or 
right-arrow if you have arrow-key accelerators enabled), then scroll to 
Recording Options and Edit Title.  You can then edit the title and subtitle.

A future version of Myth will allow editing the description, also, and 
possibly more.
