Thanks.  Is there a list of such official (and maintained) themes?  I did try the MythCenter wide theme and it doesn't have this problem with the video manager IMDB UI, although it too would not allow entering an IMDB number directly.  However, since it's UI otherwise works, I didn't need to enter a number directly.  I was able to edit the video name and make the search work automatically.
