Just what are you running??? My file server, backend, and all the
networking equipment in the basement consumes about $25/mo. Four
desktops around the house, plus a couple of laptops, some printers and
other accessories add on another $30-$35/mo. A projector (rear or
front) will only suck 500-600W, and even with fairly heavy TV watching,
thats only ~100kW/mo. Electric dryers suck a LOT of power, but they're
only going to be running for a couple of hours a week, and shouldn't use
much more total power than the TV.
