IF you get a mobo with everything embedded, why not get something that 
already has a GeForce on it? ATI is too much trouble at the moment.
You don't have to rely on yum to get the drivers, the NVidia installer 
from nvidia.com works pretty well if all other methods fail.

I guess pretty much any processor supported by that mobo should work. 
I've an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 and it's able to play a 1080i show on a 
1080p display (deinterlacing is performed) at the same time while 
another 1080i show is being recorded / flagged. The graphics is GeForce 
8200 embedded in the mobo.
