Right, because those who write code know to run mythjobqueue instead of 
running a slave backend without capture cards.

And, a master backend without capture cards makes no sense as it simply 
creates an unnecessary point of failure.  I.e. if the master backend 
goes down, the slaves won't be able to record, so both slaves and master 
backend must be available.  If, instead, your master backend also has 
capture cards, your system works in more situations--i.e. /only/ the 
master backend must be available for recordings to happen.
