Just be really sure your TV supports 1080p. We have a JVC 47-incher
which is purportedly 1080p, but it tells the DVI interface (we use
that Asus motherboard, BTW) that it's really 1080i - and the manual
says "if your video device can't figure it out, tell it it's a 1080i".

FWIW, my initial feeling that an Athlon 3500 was sufficient for 1080i
was apparently wrong, so I've ordered a 4850e. the existing CPU worked
OK with my wife's football games, but the audio stutters a bit with
prime time TV shows.
