Do you have a mythweb.conf in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled (I am on 
Ubuntu)? For .021 Mythweb went with a .conf file that replaces the 
.htaccess file. Check for the mythweb.conf file first, it has all of 
your DB logon details etc now.....
