Apparently not, because that's what I have (see "TVOutFormat" above) and 
I get nothing.  I did read that link you sent me (even though I'm on FC6 
and not gentoo), but it didn't really help much.  I appreciate you 
sending it though.  Obviously I'm missing something, but I'm not sure 
what it is.
