What Phil is saying is that as long as you're telling xorg.conf to
send display to TV via composite that's what it will do. But you're
trying to send the signal via DVI. Comment out the TVStandard and
TVOutFormat lines and/or use system-config-display or nvidia-settings
to generate a new xorg.conf.
