I have spent the day to analyze this further and my current lead is that the problem
is not in mythtv. I use a kernel driver called sasc-ng to share my smart card for two DVB-C
cards. This driver seems to lack support for multiple streams from the same transport. 
 
I'm sorry for taking your time with this issue.
