I think their real problem is all those folks I see with (presumably)  
pirated DVDs spread out on the sidewalk for sale. The last time I was  
in NYC it was hard to get past all those vendors on Canal street.

Just like with identity theft, most of it is low-tech. It cracks me up  
when people paying for "ID Theft prevention" services think nothing of  
handing their credit card to a minimum wager at a restaurant who  
disappears with it for 10 minutes.
