no one ever WILL get arrested at least thats what they say now.  they
are more interested in prosecuting the "distributors" of ripped copies
via file sharing or other means.  theres no way they would have even
close to the amount of manpower needed to prosecute everyone in the usa
who has a ripped copy of a movie on their hard drive.
