[mythtv-users] 10 minute forward/back, 30 second / 5 second skip forward/back

I thought I had asked this before, but I can't find the email on
gossamer threads (in the archives) and I cannot remember the answer. 
I'm trying to just refine a few items to further improve WAF.

Is there a way to configure the amount of time that the skip
forward/back does when watching a recording?  Currently it is at 30
seconds skip forward and 5 seconds skip back.. I was looking to change
the skip back amount to 10 seconds.

Also, I was looking to change the 10 minute skip when viewing a
recording... the key which is mapped in lirc to DOWN skips 10 minutes
forward and the key mapped to UP skip back 10 minutes.  I was hoping to
change those to 5 minutes each.

For both of those, I didn't see anything within lircrc and I couldn't
find anything within the settings menus.  I'm probably overlooking
something here.. :)

Oh.. and finally, with MythVideo, the keys mapped to DOWN and UP skip
forward and back, respectively, through the chapters.  I was hoping to
reverse those.  But, in lircrc, I don't have anything configured there
specifically with regard to mythvideo, and I don't see anything in the
settings menus...

Are any of these able to be defined, or are they hard coded?
