Recent ATI cards (cards >= Radeon HD 2400 ) include UVD technology
which allows on-card decoding of HD resolution H.264, VC-1 and MPEG-2
(UVD2, cards >= Radeon HD 4800) video.

No Linux driver support yet, but ATI are getting better at releasing specs.
