[mythtv-users] No reception or EIT for Channel 5 in Essex

As a first step see if yo can receive Channel 5 using Kaffeine. I have
had problems with Myth tuning certain channels. if Kaffeine will tune it
OK, I'll post the rest of the details on how I got my setup working.
