I dont think this is really something MythTV can do.  It is more dependent
on the video card manufacturer.  Nvidia would need to make a video card that
is CEC compadable.  Then, Linux drivers to drive the hardware.  At that time
then MythTV could feed the driver the right bits.

One solution you could do now is to configure a IR blaster.  Then when you
push the 'power button' on your remote it will call a script to turn your
display on and put it on the right input.
