Me 3! I am *extraordinarily* happy with this TV! I was VERY worried about
the same thing when I took the plunge and SD on this TV looks great!
Costco had a huge deal on them not long ago. I would turn off the dynamic
picture control but leave auto-brightness on. The darn thing can also be
overly bright in HD (not a bad thing, I guess!)
Not only that, but I attached my myth machine using a Walmart el-cheapo DVI
to HDMI cable, set my ubuntu gnome desktop to 1080p, selected a large system
font and run Firefox 3 which is the beta with web page scaling capabilities.
With my Adesso wireless keyboard you can vegetate on the couch with either
myth or the web. The family has been enjoying web sites like hulu.com this
way. Just ctrl-alt-arrow to move between the two gnome desktops (myth and
regular).
A very nice TV at a very reasonable price.
