Thanks, Brad, for pointing this out. I was just wondering same thing.
So, cut list is not automatically generated when commercials are
flagged and I have to run mythcommflag again before running
mythtranscode(?):
--gencutlist                 Copy the commercial skip list to the cutlist

I also managed to remove audio and subtitles from one recording when I
tried to use automatic transcoder from recording profiles :-) Seems to
take lots of experimenting before getting ideal recording.
