[mythtv-users] Patch to improve the uk fix up code. (hopefully)

The attached patch should hopefully improve the parsing for the eit
stuff in the uk. (It does include ticket #3980). So what have I added
:

If there's no subtitle, add up to 6 words before a full stop. (There
are various caveats around this code)
Fixes the remove "Brand new series" stuff
Removes "CBBC","CBeebies" from the descriptions
Hard code "CSI:" into the code, (covers "CSI:Miami" etc)
If the description has a second ":", append that onto the description.
#3980 stuff to do with radio 6/7 (no user has associated with this(?))

Should apply to 0.20-fixes branch
