that definitely depends on your setup.  i currently run both audio and
video from my MythBox to my receiver.  the receiver then sends video
to the tv and audio to the various channels.  but if your receiver
can't handle video then you'd have to use two distinct cables.  my
receiver is a bottom of the top of the line category that's about 8
years old now.  no HDMI at the time.  i believe most newer receivers
(decent receivers) include HDMI now.  some even have ethernet. :)
