[mythtv-users] Catch 22 with mythtv-setup and mythfilldatabase

That's the dialog that's shown on application exit.  Something is
causing mythtv-setup to exit immediately.

You need to find out why it's trying to exit as soon as you start
it/find out what's causing escape/exit to be sent to mythtv-setup.
