[mythtv-users] Catch 22 with mythtv-setup and mythfilldatabase

mythbackend is not running.

If I try to run mythtv-setup when mythbackend is running, I'm getting
the expected "WARNING: MythTV has detected that the backend if
running..." but when I run mythtv-setup while the backend is stopped, I
get the error described in my first message:
"If this is the master backend server, please run 'mythfilldatabase' to
populate the database with channel information." with only an OK button
that quits.
