Absolutely. Just did it last night and it's dead easy. Slap both of
them in and if you're at a sufficient level of Myth and your OS, just
go into backend config, configure them (there should be an option for
card type that reads something like PVR-xx0 mpeg-2 or something) and
they'll just work.
Myth will automagically use the 2nd card when things in your schedule
show conflicts.
I'm on Ubuntu Feisty with whatever the latest stable myth is in their
package management.
