[mythtv-users] Wat causes fluxstartup.sh to run?

I think that the window manager (fluxbox?) is saving your session; so
when you start up the next time, it remembers that mythfrontend was
running and starts it again. Then it starts up another instance as
instructed by fluxstartup.sh.
