I came across a nice DPF distro designed to boot from CD from
linitx.com a while ago, but the link is gone. The creator of the
distro was nice enough to make a CF bootable version for me. I've
not got around to testing it (he gave it to me 10 months ago...
oops!) but it's well worth a look:

http://www2.multithread.co.uk/framepix_cf.tar.gz (need a 64MB CF card
or bigger) - looks for USB sticks or NFS shares automatically on boot
up. Can be configured via network. Don't need connecting to the
network if needed. Will only run the DPF software though, so if you
want to add on other stuff like MythRecipe, then you'll have to do
your own install, but if you want a DPF only display, this is worth it.

It's very nice, and do let me know if it works.

Thanks - Piers
