Great timing, and thanks for the tip, but "world premiere" (quoting the
Woot sales pitch) doesn't bode well for MythTV support.
According to the video4linux page on Pinnacle:
http://www.linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/Pinnacle
most of the digital tuners are listed as "works in progress" (all USB
tuners, except one PCI card dating back to the late 90's) or
"unsupported." Sounds like newer Pinnacle cards use the Philips saa7162,
which appears to be a ways off from being supported[1]. Though maybe not
applicable here, as the saa7162 is a dual-tuner chip.

The Pinnacle site also doesn't seem to list any PCI HD tuners:
http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/Consumer+Products/PCTV/PCTV/
so hard to say what chipset it might use.
At this point it sounds like the supported KWorld ATSC-110 is still
worth the $15 premium over this card.
