Hello, an update to my earlier post.

I noticed that the m/b has a built in sound card. I tried plugging in a 
cable and going into the TV and sound is coming out of it.

So I can get audio through the sound card bit I can't get the audio and 
video at the same time through the pvr350. Any help would be appreciated.
