[mythtv-users] Comcast HD connection setup

I have Comcast HD with a Motorola 3416 HD Dual tuner Cable box. I am 
trying to determine the setup on how best to connect the cable box to my 
Mythbox.

Currently I have 2 PVR-150 Hauppauge's in the mythtvbox from a previous 
SD Setup.

The HD Cable box has HDMI, Component out, Coaxial out, composite out and 
a firewire port that I am unsure if it is enabled at this time. I dont 
have a HDMI or Component input on the Mythbox.. ( not even sure they 
exist for computers ). I have the Composite video input and the coaxial 
input on my PVR-150 cards and another firewire input.

If I send the HD signal from the comcast HD box to the PVR-150 cards 
wont I be downgrading to SD essentially?

If the firewire is not enabled, what are some configuration options on 
how to get the HD signal into my mythbox ?
