Yes and no. It'll be max 720x480 resolution, but it'll be a better signal to 
start with than SDTV, so it should look slightly better (albeit letterboxed).

If its not, sic the FCC on 'em. It ought to be (there's a link in the wiki 
somewhere).

DVB capture card, hdhomerun, or your firewire port.
