[mythtv-users] added a second tv-card, everything is broken now =(

It wasn't always - see http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/2258 and
http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/2269... I'm just used to fixing
things via phpMyAdmin  when it's simple and getting the outcome I'm
expecting.
